I thought I would just give you a quick rundown on who I am, and what I am all about as I start to share some of my thoughts and insights on a regular basis right here on my blog. Here is a quick overview for you in the video attached.

Being able to create a space to share my knowledge and thoughts to help others appreciate and recognise their impact has been a yearning desire of mine for years. 

However, allowing myself to be vulnerable by sharing my own voice and impact has always required significant courage and left me focusing only on those around me. It's through my own awareness and personal growth I have enabled myself to be vulnerable enough to move this forward and to follow my calling to create the larger impact I know I am here to make.
