As humans, we are all unique. We see, think and experience all that we engage in our environment in different ways, and in doing so we create new thoughts and ideas that contribute uniquely to our world in new and evolutionary ways.
This belief and awareness is the reason I followed my passion to become a consultant and coach. I wanted to help others see that the most valuable resource they have access to is their own unique perspectives and wisdom developed from their specific individual experiences.
I truly believe that through this awareness we can all shine brightly in own power and leverage this strength to help others acknowledge their own unique contribution that they too can shine into this world.
So who am I and why am I telling you all this?
I struggled for years to find and articulate my own unique and specific identity. I found myself constantly on a mission to find my purpose and create something to leave my legacy through. I consumed thousands of hours of personal development audio materials, researched hundreds of subject matters experts on all matters of human development, asked and answered deep and considered questions about my own experiences and beliefs, and sought, used and experimented with untolled tools and techniques to “find myself”, “constantly improve”, and “deliver my thing”.
What I discovered through all this focused effort was that the learning I had been doing to be able to articulate my own contribution, I had actually been using and sharing with others, helping them find theirs. The very awareness of the joy I was filled with when helping others through sharing what I had learned in a simplified way lead me to follow my heart and build this content to help others unlock their own uniqueness on a greater scale.
As a Business Improvement, and operational efficiency Consultant I was using these tools in both a personal and business environment and found alignment across my thinking with the base concept shared by Simon Sinek through his book, Start with Why.
So I decided to develop simplified versions of a range of tools and techniques I have learned on my personal journey and structure mini-courses that fast-track the learning that I have collected over the past 25years of self-exploration.
The material I share here has been refined by applying it in both a business and personal environment. I discovered early on in my personal quest that how you do anything, is how you do everything and the way you approach and undertake any role in life, be that an Employee, Manager, leader, friend, lover, parent etc, has a similar outcome based on the inputs you apply.
